Please fill out the contact form and indicate your interest in fasting at Yellowstone Peaks.

Once you have contacted us, you will be sent health history forms to fill out and return. Blood chemistry profiles may be requested

Once these  are received Dr. Carp will review your information then schedule a free phone consultation to discuss the best type and length of fast for your particular condition.

Please note: some people cannot undertake a fast, where there have been major surgeries or if there is certain medication use, certain blood or hormonal conditions, certain blood sugar conditions or genetic conditions. However, most people can fast safely regardless of health status.  We will discuss your options.
